One of the strongest early Black Friday deals is a full year of Superloop gigabit NBN for only AU$89 per month

If you're happy to jump between NBN providers based on whoever's offering the cheapest internet, Superloop's Black Friday offerings may delight you. The ISP is discounting its NBN 1000 plan—the highest speed tier—down to a brilliant AU$89 per month for 12 months.

It's remarkable for a couple of reasons. The most obvious is that price: AU$89 per month for NBN 1000 is the cheapest we've seen a super high speed plan. The typical evening speed for Superloop is 811 Mbps, which is slightly lower than Aussie Broadband's 875 Mbps, but it's not a significant enough difference to warrant spending an extra AU$20 a month.

The other remarkable thing about this deal: usually when NBN providers offer introductory prices they last for six months, but with Superloop's Black Friday offer, you'll enjoy that AU$89 price for a whole year, after which the price will revert to the normal AU$109 per month. If you're not happy with that price in a year, just cancel and find someone else offering a better deal.

Overall you'd be saving AU$240 across the entire 12 month period. To redeem the offer, you need to use the promo code BLACK-FRIDAY at checkout.

Superloop | NBN 1000 | AU$89p/m with no lock-in contract (first 12 months, then AU$109p/m)

Superloop | NBN 1000 | AU$89p/m with no lock-in contract (first 12 months, then AU$109p/m)

This is an extraordinary deal for NBN 1000, and comes in at only AU$4 more expensive than the usual price for Superloop's NBN 250 plan. This deal gets you a typical evening download speed of 811 Mbps (42 Mbps up) and will hold you in good stead if you're downloading massive games (Stalker 2, looking at you). Over the course of the year you'll be saving AU$240. Be sure to use the code BLACK-FRIDAY at checkout.

If you're not too fussed about extremely fast download times, Superloop is offering similar discounts on its other NBN tiers.

As with the NBN 1000 deal, the above prices will need the BLACK-FRIDAY coupon code applied at checkout for these prices to appear.

Will other NBN providers offer Black Friday deals? The answer is probably yes, but this is the first one that sounds out to me. If someone beats that NBN 1000 deal by even a dollar, it'll be remarkable.
