The world's premier virtual pet game, My Talking Tom, is celebrating its 10th birthday, and fans from around the world are going to join the party, starting July 13, 2023. It’s all taking place in My Talking Tom 2 and, as you'd expect, the presents are endless.
The birthday event continues until August 11, 2023, with all players receiving a generous giveaway of 100,000 gold coins, and all worlds in the game getting unlocked . Then it's all about setting up a surprise birthday party for Talking Tom himself: decorating, baking, and gift wrapping. The better the party preparations, the better the rewards. But you can get a sneaky start by using the promo code TOM100 to receive an additional 100 event tokens.

There are two ways to start preparing for Tom’s surprise birthday party. Soon after you start the game during the event, you should get a full-screen pop-up inviting you to join Tom’s party. Tap the GO! button to join the party. Otherwise, you can just tap the airplane icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen. This will take you to Tom’s backyard, where there’ll be a party hat on the left of the screen. Tap that to join the party. You can party as many times as you like for the duration of the event, so you can try out all the different party-prep combos:
- Blow Up Some Party Balloons
- Decorate Tom’s Birthday Cake: add sprinkles ;)
- Make Paper Party Decorations
- Wrap Up Tom’s Presents
- Help Tom Open His Birthday Present
Completing the final step will bring Tom's Birthday Party to a grand finish. Now tap the shop icon in the top-left corner and you'll have a bunch of cake tokens to spend. If you want to relive the experience, don't stress: the whole thing can be replayed again and again for more cake tokens.
